What We Treat

Complex conditions deserve thoughtful care.

At PSI, we strive to see every person’s full story: the invisible battles, failed medications and even missed diagnoses. Our care model is built for those who’ve “tried everything” and those just starting to ask for help.

Whether through clinical trials or other innovative treatments, we offer structured support for people navigating depression, traumatic stress, anxiety and other mental and behavioral needs.

No judgment. No hype. Just real care, grounded in science, and guided by experienced therapists who listen.

Anxiety

When worry stops feeling manageable.

We work with people experiencing generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and social anxiety, especially when traditional therapies haven’t helped. Our treatment plans can include psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, or, in some cases, participation in clinical trials.

Bipolar Disorder

Balance begins here.

We treat Bipolar I, Bipolar II, and Cyclothymia with a care plan that respects the complexity of each person’s history. Our clinicians provide ongoing medication management, therapeutic support, and integration care for those navigating mood shifts, medication non-adherence, or co-occurring trauma.

Depression

You don’t have to feel this way forever.

We care for people struggling with major depression (MDD), treatment-resistant depression (TRD), postpartum depression, and persistent low mood. Many of our patients come to us after years of trying and not finding relief. We offer ketamine-assisted therapy, psychotherapy and access to select clinical trials for TRD and MDD.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

When thoughts won’t let go.

OCD often gets misunderstood. At PSI, we approach it with clinical nuance and compassion, combining psychotherapy, exposure and mindfulness-based techniques, and psychedelic-assisted approaches when appropriate. We will meet you with structure, support, and understanding to help minimize disruption to your life and relationships.

Traumatic Stress

Trauma isolates, healing happens together.

From single-incident trauma to complex PTSD, we support people carrying the consequences of traumatic stress through care that’s compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Our team includes experts in MDMA-assisted therapy and developmental trauma, as well as therapists trained in somatic, relational, and integrative approaches to recovery.

Not sure what fits?

Let’s figure it out together.

Many people have been misdiagnosed for years. Others have tried psychedelics with negative consequences and feel lost or left with unresolved concerns. Some don’t fit in any particular box and are fed up with the entire process of trying to find help. That’s okay. We’ll meet you where you are, listen first, and walk you through your options.

You just have to show up and do your best to share your experiences. We’ll take it from there together.
