• Kyle brings more than 30 years across healthcare finance, strategy, and operations, with a track record of driving growth, optimizing financial performance, and executing M&A and joint ventures across multi-site healthcare platforms.
• He advises private equity sponsors, physician groups, and health systems on platform build-and-scale strategy, financial and operational diligence, joint-venture and governance structuring, and EBITDA and margin improvement.
• He previously served as Vice President, Provider Networks and Ambulatory Services at Universal Health Services (UHS), leading provider-network and service-line growth and value-based care initiatives that generated $100M in shared savings and a $70M net revenue improvement.
• Earlier, as Vice President, Ambulatory Services at Bon Secours Mercy Health, he oversaw a ~$2B ambulatory and physician services portfolio and served as executive leader of the Epic EMR platform, with initiatives contributing approximately $1B in net revenue growth and significant operating-margin expansion.
• He began his career at Deloitte and held CFO and senior operating roles across multi-specialty physician groups and ambulatory surgery platforms.

• Kyle earned his Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Providence and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, inactive).
